As a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams at many award-winning organisations, Chris’ professionalism, experience and perspective is the reason he is sought after by business owners, leaders, and hiring managers when looking to solve for their workforce planning and recruitment needs. With over 20 years of experience partnering with industry, Chris has grown a significantly connected professional network across the insurance, superannuation and wealth management sectors. This allows his clients access to a qualified professional network that provides them with the competitive advantage they seek to innovate, differentiate and deliver on their purpose. 

On a personal level, Chris calls the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne home. In his spare time, he consumes as much live sport as possible with a particular interest in Carlton FC and Liverpool FC. You can tell by his team affiliation that he is a sucker for punishment.  In the winter, you will find him supporting his kids soccer teams and on a cold Melbourne evening, he is partial to sipping on a Pinot Noir by the fireplace (wine fixes everything).  In the warmer months, you’ll find him potting around the garden, relaxing by the water or firing up the BBQ.  Chris’ Mediterranean heritage means that food, music and language play an important role in his life and when it’s time to celebrate with family and friends, plates don’t last long in his house! #dadjoke
