Care Recruitment's replacement guarantee applies to all permanent recruitment assignments and as a starting point, we offer a standard 6-month replacement period.  In the event you have an assignment where you feel it might be necessary to adjust the replacement period, you have the ability to reduce or increase this, up to a period of 12 months.
